Think the pros are right here. Hint of dark berries on the nose that fade into nothing pretty quick with a faint burn of alcohol. Flavor is a quick light berry punch into barrel characters which linger on the palate a bit more but then finishes harshly tannic and a bit hot. Paired pretty well with food but didn't love it for the price point

Extraordinary light red wine with smoky flavors and a smooth finish. This wine was perfect with Sottocenere and other truffle cheeses. Different and flavorful.
