Yacoubian-Hobbs
Black Label Dry Areni Wine
I’ve been looking forward to drinking another one of these. Gorgeous all around. Not familiar with the grape or region other than this label but I can relate it to a Burgundian PN. Plenty of red fruit and pepper wafting from the glass. Inside it’s light to medium bodied, featuring sour black cherries, baking spices, wet bramble and earth, complimented by a loosely grippy minerality. Has plenty of aging left too, no need to rush this one.
