My first Armenian wine with varieties that are totally foreign to me. Putting Hobbs on the label certainly convinces me to give it a try.
Aromas of apricot, tangerine, thyme, and subtle but noticeable oxidized notes of bruised apple and hazelnut (skin contact?). Sharp acidity pierced through a rich palate that at times feels heavy. Medium finish with light mineral notes. Quite unique.
