An unusual old vines blend of 6 or more varieties farmed to biodynamic principles. Fermented with skin contact. A medium yellow color. Nose of flowers and spice. Intense palate ripe white fruit. Intense mineral backbone. Powerful wine but fresh with some poise. Paired with a rice bowl featuring Haloumi, bacon and Hawaiian avocado.
