Delectable: This is a new Cuvée for Wynns for this year called O’Deas Vineyard Red Blend. Only a small vineyard of 3.13 hectares planted with Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Malbec. The warmer 2016 vintage enabled Wynns to make a field blend of the 4 varieties. I had brief notes - Mulberry, dusty Bordeaux blend still with the Coonawarra mint in evidence. Perfect balance - you could drink this now or cellar for 20 years.
