Artist Series #19 Cabernet Sauvignon

Denny recommendation. The nose didn’t grab me, but palate and finish were nice. Very smooth, good acidity for the age.

Found this gem tonight at Total Wine in Dallas. Figured it had to be corked; it’s probably been sitting upright for the past seven years. Actually quite nice.

Black cherry fruits. Chewy but still fresh acidity. Love this.

Hope this doesnt sell out at local store because I want more! Can tell it has some age on it. Leather, dark fruit, chewy goodness. Yes please

Stood up surprisingly well next to the Buccella. Baking spice, earth, black fruit, and cranberries. A little tart and gritty on the finish but overall really solid.

It's come a long way since release. Chocolate cherry nose, oak in place, great mouthfeel with a long finish. At its full potential. Good for a few more years but don't wait for improvement.

Deep ruby. Stewed dark-blue fruit. Fricassee mushroom. Milk chocolate and cocoa. Huge American oak bomb. Almost Colada. Eucalyptus finds it way through. Subtle electric tannins. Pleasurable non-appellation wine. Not 100% my speed though.

Sweet Christ. What an exquisite wine. Tasted side by side with Leonetti, and this is better.

Very nice... opened it a little early

Great classic fruit, strong midpalate, long finish. Med to full bodied and well balanced.
