Color of bubbly saturated gold. Nose of tropical fruits, light pineapple, flowering and honey note, a bit wet mushroom, a bit peppery, and actually quite strong alcohol note. Taste of good acidity, peppery again, some mineral, definitely plums, and some peach flavor. Aftertaste is quite light with some more lemon and zest flavor.
