43% Cabernet Sauvignon, 24% Syrah, 15% Malbec, and 6% each of Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. Dense purple red. Butter, anise, berry and cassis notes in nose, maybe leather. Blackberry and graphite flavors in mouth, anise aftertaste. Needs time to open. Later cherry and a touch of plum flavor emerge. Some astringency across tongue, light seed tannins on center of tongue during finish. Nice for the price, decent, probably not for aging
