Very bold, earthy and full bodied. Olive, cardamom chocolate and blackberry. 80% Cabernet 20% Shiraz. 15% ABV. Bought in Niseko Japan about 4 years ago at a wine shop run by an Aussie would you believe. Intended drinking this at the ski resort and ended up bringing it home. This is a sibling to the legendary DUCK MUCK from this estate which used to change hands for four figures on the secondary market after a 100 point rating from Robert Parker. Hearty and flavoursome - a good Winter Red. Would be tough going on a hot day in Summer.
