Kinda disappointing, our winemaker friend (Bob Marr) suggested he thought it was raisined grapes that supplied the heat and complete absence of remaining fruit, not a drain pour, but unexciting.

This wine had the reorder button the next day. My wife and I loved this wine so much we each drank a bottle for supper. 2016 Zinfandel from Sonoma is a great vintage. See Bedrock 2016 Heritage-#10 on Wine Spectator-and I have 2 bottles!

Nov 15th, 2018Been drinking great Zinfandel. This one is a big fruit bomb on the nose and to taste. This is new to Whitehall, but did not take long to get it right. Whitehall says good is not good enough. You have to be great on Hwy 29. Enjoyed latest tasting room visit...
