PERFECTION!
A beautiful split of 50% Syrah and 32% Graciano and 18% Grenache all from the James Berry Vineyard. This full-bodied wine was fermented with whole clusters and barrel aged for two years in 50% new French oak. Deep blackberry fruit, rich and layered flavors of cassis and licorice with a subtle background meatiness. Drinking nicely on release, yet will evolve gracefully for over a decade.

Not for me, hot, sweet and almost port like. If I was going to have more than a glass it would need to be chilled.

This wine rocks!!! A wonderfully luscious 50/50 blend of Syrah and Mourvedre. Just an elegant wine. Definitely going back for more!!

Fruity, jammy first sip that dissipates into woody and earthy. Not round in the mouth, unbalanced. Not my fave of the region but a great start for a young indie winery. I look forward to trying more.
