Clean bright fruit. Some residual sugar, and a youthful spritz.

Crisp with hints of fruits, perfect pairing for spicy Thai food.

My first non-garbage brand Riesling! Very good and more Apple-tones than I expected. Pleasantly sweet up front without being cloying. Good mouthfeel and a medium body. Lingering sweetness and acidity is not overpowering. Definitely a good first foray into the dry side of German rieslings.

Was looking for a dry Riesling, but this is too sweet for my taste. Would be great as a dessert.
