Clear medium lemon with watery rim. Clean on the nose with medium intensity. Developing aroma of flavours of honey and green apple and slight hint of petrol. Medium-dry on the palate, high acidity, low alcohol, medium- body, with flavours of green apple and honey. Good quality, drink now but can age for 1~3 more years. Not what I expected out of an Auslese though.
