Am Zaum Pinot Blanc

I have had 3 different white varieties here and the have a sameness about them after a while So pale in colour almost clear. A refreshing fruity wine made for early consumption.

Good for the cash but nothing past daily drinking duties for me. Interesting though! Malat Pinot Blanc continues to be a good neutral starting ground for white wine.

Loving this Wachau Pinot Blanc.

Broad flavors, tight finish, yummy. 2012was good to this variety

Petrol on the nose and took a minute to blow off. Bouncy rubber tennis balls! Crisp white wine with notes of ripe acidic pineapple, mineral driven and notes of saline. The last sip drinks creamy with a orange blossom, medium plus dry finish.

Ok. 2012. My choice for Jay riding flying off to Palm Beach

Super dry white. Nice acidity and minerality. Light fruits, and petrol on the nose. Develops well on the palate. Good structure.

Finally a pinot Blanc that's worth a damn! Fuck Yes, On point Michael!
