Off-dry Riesling. I usually don't like off-dry wines too much but this one is a stunner. The acid drive is insane and making it great.
The nose is a bit muted but shows white peach, pineapple and flowery touches and a petroly note. The palate shows a nice peach and pineapple playing brilliantly along with the massive acid backbone. The finish is slightly sweet and fruity but also very fresh and sports a mouth watering acidity. I might be changing my mind about off-dry wines
