A nice example of traditional method from Styria region in Austria. Chardonnay (or Morillon, which is a local name) shows its best- aromas of green grass, citrus, flowers and green apple. The body is quite full for a Sekt, but with a typical aftertaste of apricot, peach, bread and yeast.
