Such an overlooked wine. Singing today after almost 5 years of age. Nose is herbal, feral and gamey. Also mineral and super bright. Palate is so on point. Unreal focus and precision. Juicy, textured and so deep. A joy to drink today. Age has been kind to this. Epically mineral finish. Leaves mouth watering. Amazing balance.

Nose is a bit quiet. Some wet stones but surprisingly quiet. Maybe too cold? Palate is electric. Wow. Just a big zing of fresh mouthwatering minerals. Really long. Really closed. Unusual for it to be this closed but it’s all there. Needs to come together! Some sugar snap peas and florals with coaxing. Really long and mouthcoating. So pure and energetic. Wow. Really great. I’ll be back.

Really coming around now. Expansive and herbal aromas. Floral and so delicate. Ripe, juicy, long. Salty. Great structure.
