Pepper flavours and dry wine is a good value bottle. We had this with a steak.

Initial smell of sour dough perhaps, strawberry & an edge of melon maybe gooseberry. Silky tannin, thin/tart(?) acidity. Bright & spicy. Label says juicy blackcurrant, vanilla hints & smoke.
