Trocken Weissburgunder

This Weißburgunder (Pinot Blanc) is fresh and slightly intense in the nose. Apples, apricots and wet forest soil.
On the palate a firm but nice acidity and lots of minerals. Lemons, apples, pears and hints of honey.
Wet stone and straw in the finish which is not so powerful, but retains its freshness.
