Not classic Bordeaux flavours very summery warm red, a small winery in the Wairarapa owned by a Chinese business chap, his very sweet agjng parents managed the small restaurant, I hope the parents are ok I enjoyed the meal, the vineyard produced two levels of Pinot Noir one a tad thin but the top wine was getting up to the best of Martinborough pinots
