Very rare grape - native to Cyprus. On the nose, almonds candy and honeysuckle. Wet rocks. In the mouth dense and thick, strong minerality and broad acidity. The age shows with some distinct secondary characteristics. Quite good and interesting. Of interest - this winery only works with native Cypriot varieties.
