No sulfur dioxide or any Yorker intervention bio-dynamic wine from ungrafted vines. This is my second bottle. Each was noticeably different Both were exciting. But this would likely not be everybody’s glass of wine of choice. Bone dry with lots of acidity,, minetality , and layers of other notes.
