Beyond lovely. Acidity balanced the sweetness, fruit was present without any tartness. Paired quite nice with the too many fried snacks we ordered, too. Paired wonderfully with the company and at an iconic location. Will remember this bottle for quite a while.

Lovely kabinett from the fine folks at Vols. Drinking well with 7 years of age but certainly could go longer. 7.5%, perfect for some pre dinner enjoyment. But also good pairing of course.
