VINTJS
Mendocino County Heritage Varietal Red Blend
Surprisingly good inexpensive wine! Full bodied red that's goes down easily. Low acid and mellow. I plan to head back to Trader Joes and pick up a case.

Cherry, plum and minty-herbal notes in mouth with lemon-tangerine acidity and coffee-tinged bitterness and coarse astringency on finish. Curiously restrained in style initially, but more integrated with decanting. No one varietal dominant in the glass, but overall good value for a basic table wine.

Nov 3rd, 2016Average bottle of wine. Needs to decant for an hour. There's better bottles at that price point.

May 25th, 2016Ripe cherry with a dry, minerally finish... Medium body. Well worth the price.

Aug 9th, 2015Very nice everyday wine and a great value as well. Rare to find something of decent quality at trader joes. Simply paired with spaghetti leftovers and loud children.
