If you like jammy/spicy Zins, go ahead and 'splurge' on this $7.99 bottle of Old Vine Zinfandel, exclusively at Trader Joe's. Ripe, juicy fruits at the start (strawberry, plum, blackberry) with a peppery, smoked bacon finish that lingers longer than you'd expect (in a good way). Very complex for a Zin but very delicious.
