Light-bodied rose with a deep burnt pink color; tightly astringent with fresh raspberry, lemongrass, and light lemon curd on the palate with a nice lingering finish offering just a hint of weak black tea tannins. Great sipper for a warm afternoon on the patio. Probably would pair well with seafood, light meat dishes, and cream sauce pasta
