Jun 2nd, 2015Thick purply red. Plum and strawberry, cola and musty books on the nose. Almost oily mouthfeel. Thick smooth body, pleasant velvety tannins, I notice sweetness a hair more than acid, but they're very nicely balanced. Brown apricots, black currant, a bit of cranberry and dark cherry. The heavy dried brown apricot lingers appreciably. This is A) Rich, B) Well-made, and C) Different. Love it!!
