Alibi Bourgogne Aligoté

Fist up in a series of cuvées I had from the same producer over the span of a week. A bit of funk on the nose that initially got me a bit worried, but that blew off quickly to reveal lime zest and sea spray. Soft and round mouthfeel which balances out well with the solid acidity savory saline aspects of the wine. A great new discovery!
