Spicy with a hint of cinnamon and almond. Might be too light for osso bucco. Very drinkable with no back end.

Wow, not bad at all, and this was the 2016 vintage. The 2015 was $4 dollars more....need to try that next!

Good example. Not a bombastic Ripasso, but it has all those cherry, spice, and almond notes that I've come to enjoy. Fruit and acid are harmonious.

Very nice ripasso! Smells of cherry,raspberry, sweet almond notes at the end. Not to tannic and a nice medium body. Poor mans amarone...good stuff.
