Oct 25th, 2023Marsanne/Rousanne, one of my favorite white blends. Golden yellow, weighty in the glass. Tart baked yellow apple, stone fruit, hint of tropical fruit. Med+ acidity, 13.5 ABV. This is a weighty white that will hold up to a big roast chicken, smoked turkey, etc.
Also certified biodynamic.
