My true Lambrusco love - earthy (farty) crunchy red berries and pomegranate, super dry, juicy acid, great level of frizz. Woven cloth label is not to be ignored. This is such a killer food wine - muffaletta sandwich from Lucca for lunch and leftover Indian for dinner. Detecting an inkling of mouse at dinner so drink quickly. Shouldn’t be hard.

Highly touted by NYT Asimov, & methinks he s right on. The key is not too cold- this is all about savory , dry, & fine mousse. No RS on the palate, but wifey appreciated. Jld is importer- Dressner, that is. Lovely paper wrap beneath the capsule, quality bottle. Might be the best lambrusco Ive ever had.

Черри-кола, чернично-ежевичный конфитюр, пряная слива, молодая морковь с ботвой, тархун, мята, лепестки фиалки, экстракт темного пиона, горькая корица, чуть лакричный финиш. Мягкая игристость со спелой, сладкой, но не липкой фруктовостью и подсушивающим послевкусием. Максимально легко и непринуждённо, но при этом насыщенно и не без определённой структуры. Не прыгает выше головы, но делает то, что должно. И да, это идеальный аккомпанемент к пицце.
