Very well made dry wine with subtle acidity.

Jan 27th, 2026Tasted next to the 2017 Voladeros. This was a neat little comparison between two really nice summertime poolside sippers. Not overly complex, but this wine is definitely more viscous than Voladeros and seems to have a little bit of a lengthier finish. This one would probably be a little more versatile if paired with seafood dishes or cheeses is there just seems to be a little more substance. Peach, mango, guava. Drink now.
