Pretty good for $14. Nose is a little smoky / cigar box, rich, almost porty fruit with a bit of raisininess. Lots of dark cracked stony notes. Rich and mouthfilling, it’s a bit low-acid but doesn’t skimp on flavor. Little bit of that telltale tacky texture I associate with 17s from the south of France. Solid weeknight wine.

2018. Garnet color. Rich dark red fruit and light floral aromas. Very smooth mouth feel with some acidity, medium tannins and some longevity.
