Note : This Brut from Clos de Tsampéhro has a lack of time in his waiting despite his 3 years. After tasting the 2015, having stayed 4 years radically changes his taste.
Fine bubbles with a brioche nose and almonds. A rather short mouth of citrus, flowers and red fruits. Small disappointment with the Petite Arvine that replaces the Pinot Meunier but this wine is incredible and a taste 😍

Le brut de Tsampéhro manque de temps dans son élevage malgré ses 3 années. Après avoir dégusté le 2015, étant resté lui 4 année, cela change radicalement son goût.
Des fines bulles avec un nez brioché et d’amandes. Une bouche plutôt courte d’agrumes, fleurs et de fruits rouges. Petite déception avec la petite Arvine qui remplace le Pinot Meunier mais ce vin reste incroyable et une claque gustative 😍
