This is a really well made beer. It has a lot of subtle flavors (most of which are listed on the label). The design of the label and other expectations I had from said flavors (also price point) were very misleading. I thought this would be a deep complex sour, and its much more of a mid-range palette of complexity and depth. The viscosity is standard, and the flavors dont linger all that much. Still a good beer, but don't match your hopes with its price and descriptive appeal.
