Blanc de Noir. This is a wild wine. Upon opening it’s so tight that there was almost now fruit at all. It needed a minimum of 3 hours open (plenty of bubbles for that) and then it blossomed into something special. A rich blonde color with a toasty dense fruit profile. These should age incredibly well.

It’s a gorgeous Anderson Valley BDN that is creamy and full of pinot character with a toasted coconut note and a hint that the minerality on the finish might develop into some interesting secondary characteristics.
