This is a new higher end wine by Txomin Etxaniz called TX which is aged for 6 months in acacia barrels instead of oak to impart less flavor. This gives it more roundness while still retaining acidity. It’s floral, minerally, and acidic. Still effervescent, but a more serious Txakoli for sure
