Spanish Basque Country’s indigenous grape variety. The color is pale yellow and visibly fizzy. The nose is fresh, with lime, green strawberry and wet stone. On the pallet there is the slight effervescence; lemon zest, high acidity, and a saline component. The finish is clean as summer rain. This is a super fun wine: dry, acidic, light alcohol, immediately enjoyable, and traditionally paired with sea food. It is the perfect bottle to uncork on a hot afternoon; or if craving something new, rare (or exotic?), and want good value at the same time.
