Paired this Zin with a Chimmichurri crusted flank steak done over a cast iron skillet with James Brown and Ton Loc playing in the background. Turned out to be a really good pairing. The sweet tobacco leaf texture married well with the chimmi. Like most of the Turley Zins this one has aged well. Drink now.
