Floral and spicy... the light red color doesn’t prepare you for this wine. It was a good surprise. We had it with olive bruschetta, patê (Breton), Danish blue cheese, goat cheese, prosciutto and a selection of Québécois cheese, it fit very well as a apéro.

Strawberry, raspberry on the nose. Very fruity. The palate is pretty round with lots of red fruits, candied fruits, with a sheer acid backbone to counter balance it. Finish with red tangy fruits. Lovely.
