The 2015 is out! Ordinarily I have no complaints but this bottle is disappointing. The fruit is strong and syrupy, and lingers for a good 30 seconds. Some spicebox follows but it’s really drowned out. It’s drinking hot, too. I’m wondering if it’s a bad bottle or maybe suffering from bottle shock. This is always outstanding with a high QPR; this tastes like a $10 wine so am inclined to believe it’s a bottle issue. Have a few more bottles so will let them settle a bit and see.
