I had to try it... And now I regret I did! There are actually really nicely rounded notes of black pepper on the nose but on the pallette it's whatever the opposite of a crescendo is (de-crescendo?); Starts with promise then tapers away and ends up tasting like it was run through a water softener and eventually has this aftertaste reminiscent of Sweet&Low. I'm not sure how that's possible if this is truly only made from grapes?

Color of different shades of purple with some ruby hue. Quite dark. Nose of ripe grapes, some carbonates and spice, grape juice, a bit tobacco leaves and some strength of alcohol. Taste o savory tannins, some mineral, a tiny bit sweetness from dark fruits, spice, bits of milky chocolate, vanilla and zest. Aftertaste of some more peppery note, cocoa, and more pronounced tannins. On par.
