The nose has quite similarities with a Sauvignon blanc in the beginning, and then develop its own characteristics. Well balanced in the dry style. Not very long but easy going

Smokey nose, white flowers, elderflower. The palate is unbalanced a bit toward fruits and flowers but the acidity comes back in the end of the palate. It's as if there were two different stages in this palate : the first is all fruits and flowers, the second is tension and acidity but both stages can't mix. Interesting wine nonetheless !
