Not my favorite Tobin sadly. Not super fruit forward with quite a bit of smoke flavor. Not a very pleasant nose either.

An interesting palette: Dr Pepper, bacon, vanilla, red fruit - a little strange, in all honesty, but enjoyable. Color is dark, too dark for Syrah alone, probably a bit of Petite in here.

Bone dry nose, hint of flint and vanilla. Restrained. Not sure what it is, but something's missing.

Love the Tobin Syrah. This one did not disappoint and is ready to drink right away.
