Pours currant in color. ON THE NOSE: leather, raspberry jam and cracked black pepper and clove. ON THE PALATE: ripe dark fruit with a hint of raisin. There is an acidity in the finish that is not quite balanced with the fruit. Medium body and light(+) finish. The fruit leaves early and the acidity lingers.

Dark red in color. A bit of spice on the nose, but mostly fruity. Peppery as expected for a Zin on the palette. A lingering finish is present, but not too long. A good solid Zin to represent the Paso Robles Wine Region.

Red color. Light in color for a Zinfandel. Ripe raisins and black pepper on the nose. Ripe fruit, jam in the taste. Not hot at all for the 15.2 alcohol. Not a bad Zin for $18.

Not MY thing, but a crowd pleaser and an extroverted wine, for sure.

Fruity, slightly dry Zin. Touch raisiny, great wine to pair with a vegetable filled meal!

Jammy and big on the nose, deep color, blackberry and jam with a hint of spice on the finish - very round and tasty! Great with almost any food from pizza to pasta to cheese!

Not a big Zinfandel fan and this one is a bit "heavy" but nice spicy finish and goes well with our spicy island shrimp dinner.

Wouldn't be my first choice but wouldn't hesitate to serve it to friends.

Wouldn't buy it again. But I'll try it later to see if that changes.
