Very deep purple color with ruby hues. On the nose: a bit of minerals, dark red fruit jam and pepper. Taste: medium tannins, a bit dry with hints of dried black cherries, plum and cracked black pepper. Good value.

Nov 26th, 2016Bought this at the vineyards in Carneros (the only AVA that encompasses both Napa and Sonoma). Earthy dark jammy fruits. Very tasty. Paired well with braised tomato & fennel chicken over mashed polenta. So good we even joined the wine club!

Spice. Nice spice. I like though Tin Barn makes some awesome wines so I may not order this again
