All ripe cab franc on the nose, all plush merlot on the palate, with a little structure from the other grapes. Surprisingly elegant - not a hint of the New World merlot fudginess that I hate. That said, could use a little more acid to provide focus, and a bit more length. But fascinating and completely different from what I've had in the past from Hungary.
