Haven't had much Greek wine apart from the island table wines before but this was light to medium, a little dry with a nice acid line. Paired with great vegetarian dishes and was perfect for that.

P: Sanginous( I know I already said bloody), humus, underbrush, gentle tannins.
Son of Nebbiolo and Pinot Noir.
Raised up in stainless then concrete.
