Bright and deep maize gold. Inviting nose of rubbery pineapple. Surprisingly high acidity on the medium full palate which echoes the nose adding white pepper and magnolia petal. Moderate finish contours the palate. A very fine example of the current Virginia Viognier style. Ready for medium to soft cheeses, cream sauces, or rich seafood dishes. Lobster mac and cheese gets a nice upgrade. Drink now.
