Serve with something a little oily--caprese or a fish. Definitely a summer wine.

nope. The bouquet is not pleasant and neither was the palate. To be honest, I prefer an oaked chard. But there wasn't a lot I liked about this one.

Not bad for a Sauvignon Blanc but still don't particularly like Sauvignon Blanc.

Right in between a New Zealand Sauvignon and a Sancerre. Tart citrus, light and floral. Not my favorite but not bad. Crowd pleaser
